Job Description

Manages and coordinates medical pre-authorization requests with insurance companies to ensure timely approval of treatments, procedures, and diagnostic services. Reviews medical documentation, verifies insurance eligibility, follows up on pending requests, and coordinates with clinical and billing teams to support efficient healthcare operations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Medical Coding, or a related field.
• Previous experience in medical pre-authorization, insurance coordination, or healthcare claims is preferred.
• Knowledge of health insurance policies, coverage rules, and authorization procedures.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical documentation, and insurance guidelines.
• Experience coordinating with insurance companies and healthcare providers.
• Knowledge of UAE health insurance regulations and electronic claims systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple authorization requests accurately and meet deadlines.
