About the Position:

Rology is hiring a dedicated Senior Medical Science Liaison to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This role is ideal for a radiologist, radiology technologist, radiology researcher, academic, or healthcare professional with strong radiology experience who is passionate about medical education, clinical training, scientific communication, AI in radiology, research, publications, marketing, and business development.

The Senior Medical Science Liaison will play a key role in strengthening Rology’s medical network, supporting radiologist engagement, developing educational programs, and contributing to Rology’s thought leadership in AI-assisted radiology and teleradiology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the acquisition, activation, onboarding, engagement, and retention of radiologists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, radiographers, clinicians, academic institutions, and key medical stakeholders.
• Design, manage, and deliver comprehensive medical education and training programs for radiologists, radiographers, clinicians, and healthcare partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling scientific, educational, and medical presentations to small groups, large audiences, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and support the development of research, publications, scientific content, and evidence-based educational materials, with a strong focus on AI in radiology, teleradiology, workflow optimization, diagnostic quality, and clinical impact.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of medical conferences, webinars, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support marketing, business development, and growth initiatives by translating radiology expertise into clear, credible, and impactful scientific and commercial messaging.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including medical operations, product, AI, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure medical accuracy and clinical relevance across Rology’s initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in radiology, with a strong preference for candidates with additional experience in medical education, clinical training, research, publications, or business development.
• Background as a radiologist, radiology technologist, radiology academic, medical researcher, or healthcare professional with strong radiology exposure.
• Proven experience in medical training, teaching, workshops, scientific presentations, or educational program development.
• Experience in research, academic writing, publications, abstracts, posters, scientific articles, or clinical content development is highly preferred.
• Strong interest in AI in radiology, teleradiology, digital health, and the future of medical imaging.
• Demonstrable skills in networking, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in English and Arabic.
• Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations to both small groups and large audiences.
• Strong skills in public speaking, medical education, scientific communication, and content development.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of resourcefulness, ownership, and self-motivation.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and scientific integrity.
