Responsibilities

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to analyze and optimize laboratory workflows.
- Monitor and evaluate the efficiency of laboratory activities and results.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in laboratory operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a Science specialization.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience in plant genetics and automated workstation systems.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
