We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our Commercial Department who will be responsible for driving sales and market growth and advancing outcomes through innovative sterilization solutions?
Position Overview:
As our Sales Specialist, you will be a key contributor to various aspects of our company’s success, and your responsibilities will include:
- Achieve sales growth and hit established targets within Abu Dhabi market,
- Independently source new business opportunities and establish strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive revenue,
- Drive execution of key activities that influence the achievement of sales objectives,
- Articulate customer-focused value propositions effectively during sales opportunities,
- Monitor and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities to maximize growth,
- Develop and define marketing activities tailored to Abu Dhabi region,
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or an MBA will be considered an advantage,
- 3-6 years of proven sales experience in the medical device industry, with experience in handling high-end capital equipment sales and sterilization products,
- In-depth understanding of sales in healthcare industry, including key players, market trends, competitor strategies
- Proficient in MS Office suite,
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
