We’re Hiring: Sales Specialist – Medical Disposables

Mediserv, a leading healthcare solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Specialist to join our Medical Disposables division, supporting the B. Braun HC product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell B. Braun HC medical disposables to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clinicians, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in‑service training, and clinical support for end users.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required).
  • 2–4 years of experience in medical disposables sales within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of hospital workflows, clinical environments, and medical consumables.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct clinical training and product education for healthcare professionals.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Riyadh region.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Preferred Knowledge Base

  • Familiarity with B. Braun HC products and solutions.
  • Understanding of Saudi healthcare procurement processes (NUPCO, MOH, private sector).
  • Knowledge of infection control, patient safety standards, and clinical best practices.
  • Experience working with medical distributors or multinational healthcare brands.
