Elemental Day Surgery Center | Jumeirah, Dubai
Elemental Day Surgery Center is looking for a dynamic, well-connected, and target-oriented SALES AND BD PERSON to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong referral relationships with nearby medical clinics, aesthetic clinics, beauty salons, wellness centers, and other relevant businesses in and around Jumeirah and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with nearby clinics, aesthetic centers, salons, wellness centers, and healthcare professionals.
Generate patient referrals and new business opportunities for the center departments like (gastroenterology, vascular & general surgery, dermatology, plastic surgery, dental etc)
Conduct regular outdoor visits to potential referral partners.
Promote Elemental Day Surgery Center’s aesthetic, surgical, and medical services.
Identify new referral sources and expand the center’s local network.
Follow up with clinics, salons, and referral partners to maximize patient conversion.
Build long-term relationships with doctors, clinic managers, salon owners, and other key decision-makers.
Achieve monthly referral and business development targets.
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, referrals, and business opportunities.
Represent Elemental Day Surgery Center professionally in the market.
Requirements
Previous sales / business development experience in the UAE healthcare or aesthetic industry is mandatory.
Experience working with or selling for an aesthetic clinic in or around Jumeirah is highly preferred.
Existing contacts and strong relationships with nearby clinics, aesthetic centers, salons, and wellness businesses will be a major advantage.
Proven track record in generating patient leads or referrals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Strong knowledge of the Jumeirah and surrounding Dubai Healthcare market.
Target-oriented, energetic, confident, and self-motivated.
Valid UAE driving license and own transportation is preferred.
