Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Responsible for following up on leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximise the benefits of Medtronic products and/or services.
  • Promotes and establishes education about the company’s products and/or services.
  • Conducts market research, including customer and competitor activities.
  • Implements market development plans/strategies and makes changes as necessary.
  • Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Research and development (R&D), Operations and Marketing.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in medical field or Biomedical.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in medical sales, 2 years in cardiac surgery or any relevant experience will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Microsoft skills especially with excel.
  • Ability to travel outside Jeddah as per business requirements.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bilingual speaker (Arabic & English).
