Position Overview:

We are seeking energetic and engaging Sales Promoters to join our dynamic team across pharmacies, modern trade outlets, and health-focused retail environments. The Sales Promoter plays a key frontline role in increasing product visibility, educating customers and store staff, driving brand awareness, and ultimately boosting sell-out.

This role requires a customer-first mindset, strong product understanding, and the ability to represent our brand professionally and positively at the point of sale. Whether promoting pharmaceuticals, nutritional supplements, or health-conscious FMCG products, the Sales Promoter is expected to be informative, persuasive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Product Promotion

  • Promote assigned product lines through face-to-face interaction in pharmacies, supermarkets, or retail stores
  • Provide accurate and engaging information to customers and store staff on product benefits, usage, and differentiators
  • Conduct live demos, sampling, or educational discussions depending on the product type and environment
  • Explain promotions and encourage purchases or upselling when appropriate

Display & Visibility

  • Ensure high-quality product presentation and branding in-store
  • Arrange product displays and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) in line with brand guidelines
  • Monitor shelf space, report stockouts, and coordinate with merchandising or delivery teams as needed

Reporting & Feedback

  • Track daily performance, footfall, customer feedback, and competitor activity
  • Submit timely reports including photos, sales logs, and promotional effectiveness
  • Flag any operational or product-related issues to the supervisor

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with store staff, pharmacists, and category decision-makers
  • Support activation campaigns, seasonal promotions, or store-led initiatives
  • Participate in product training sessions and stay updated on product developments

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales promotion or retail sales experience in pharmaceuticals, nutrition, or FMCG (preferred within the UAE market)
  • High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Life Sciences is an advantage for health-related categories
  • Experience in pharmacies, modern trade outlets, or wellness retailers is highly desirable
  • Comfortable using mobile apps or handheld devices for reporting.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Physically fit and able to work on feet for extended periods, including lifting boxes and setting up displays.
