Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing market plans, conducting market research, and executing sales and marketing strategies. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, managing social media presence, and supporting sales initiatives to drive clinic growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell aesthetic treatments and packages to new and existing clients
• Plan and execute digital and in-clinic marketing campaigns
• Manage social media platforms and online engagement
• Maintain strong knowledge of clinic services, promotions, and procedures
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Coordinate events, collaborations, and influencer partnerships
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and marketing performance summaries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the beauty, wellness, or healthcare sector
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media and content creation
• Fluent in English and Arabic (other language is a plus)
• Presentable, confident, and client-focused
