WE ARE HIRING | REVENUE CYCLE MANAGER (RCM)

Metro Hospitals & Polyclinics, Oman is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) to lead and manage our end-to-end healthcare insurance and revenue cycle operations.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring accurate billing, timely claims submission, effective denial management, strong payer coordination, and faster revenue realization.

Key Responsibilities
The RCM Manager will have overall responsibility for the complete insurance revenue cycle, including:

• Insurance eligibility & verification
• Pre-authorisation / approvals and monitoring of TAT
• Claims submission, tracking & resubmission
• Rejection and denial management with root-cause analysis
• Payment posting and reconciliation
• AR monitoring, ageing analysis and collection follow-up
• Identification and prevention of revenue leakage
• Insurance empanelment, payer coordination and contract/rate-related matters
• Monitoring payer portals and resolving pending claims
• Coordination with doctors, nursing, front office, billing, finance and other departments to close insurance-related gaps
• Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations, payer policies and hospital SOPs
• Developing and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly RCM MIS/KPIs
• Leading and monitoring the RCM/Insurance team for productivity, accuracy and TAT
• Building strong professional relationships with insurance companies and TPAs
• Driving continuous process improvement to reduce rejections, improve collections and strengthen cash flow

What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 3+ years of relevant hospital RCM / Medical Insurance experience
✅ Strong hands-on knowledge of the complete insurance cycle
✅ Excellent understanding of approvals, submissions, resubmissions, rejections, payment reconciliation and AR follow-up
✅ Strong knowledge of Dhamani and healthcare insurance processes in Oman
✅ Experience in managing insurance companies/TPAs and payer relationships
✅ Strong analytical, reporting and team-management skills
✅ Ability to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions
✅ Hospital experience is essential
