📢 NOW HIRING – Medical Insurance Coordinator (Male)
📍 Location: ICAD Mall, ICAD Residential City 1, Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: AED 5,000–10,000/month, depending on experience

✅ Requirements:
✔ Graduate degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
✔ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in medical insurance coordination and medical coding
✔ Abu Dhabi experience strongly preferred
✔ Professional coding certification such as AAPC CPC/CIC is an advantage
✔ Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and DOH service codes
✔ Experience with UAE insurance portals such as Shafafiya, Daman, Thiqa, NextCare, and NAS
✔ English communication required; Arabic is an advantage
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills

📋 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle pre-authorizations and insurance verification
✔ Process insurance claims and manage rejections and resubmissions
✔ Conduct internal medical coding audits
✔ Ensure compliance with DOH and insurance guidelines
✔ Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies
✔ Maintain accurate insurance and coding documentation
