We are Currently Hiring – Resubmission Insurance Officer :

Job Requirements :

Education

– Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Paramedical field, Nursing, or any medical-related discipline.

Certifications

·        Medical coding certification from recognized bodies such as AAPC or AHIMA (CPC, CCS, CPMA)

Experience

·        2-3 years of experience in claims resubmission within a hospital setting (Dubai or Abu Dhabi).

·        Strong background in denial management, including handling claim denials, appeals, and responding to insurance audits.

Technical Skills

·        Proficiency in medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, DRG ).

·        Hands-on experience with DHA billing systems.

·        Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other standard office applications.

Soft Skills

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, root causes, and support claim justifications.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordination with internal teams, physicians, and insurance providers.

·        Highly detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines and turnaround times (TATs).

Common Responsibilities

·        Review and analyze denied medical claims and perform accurate, timely resubmissions.

·        Ensure full compliance with DHA guidelines and insurance policy requirements.

·        Maintain organized documentation and track the status of all resubmitted claims.

·        Coordinate with physicians, coders, and clinical teams to obtain required documentation and medical justifications.

·        Identify recurring denial patterns and collaborate with internal stakeholders for corrective actions.
