Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Psychiatrist, located in Jeddah. The Resident Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and offering therapies and medications. The Resident Psychiatrist will also work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and participate in team meetings and continuous education activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. master’s degree in psychiatry.

2. A recognized license or certification as a psychiatrist

3. At least 4 years of clinical experience in the field of addiction treatment and mental health.

Required Skills:

1.Effective communication skills and the ability to actively listen and communicate with patients and families.

2. Ability to analyze and conduct psychological assessments to determine individual treatment needs.

3. Ability to work independently and make right decisions within the context of psychological therapy.

5. Flexibility and adaptability to cope with changes and challenges in the field of psychological therapy.

6. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain patient confidentiality.

7. Understanding of the psychiatric assessment process and accurate diagnosis.

8. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
