Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Rehabilitation Manager. In this role, you will oversee the operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Daily responsibilities include managing rehabilitation staff, monitoring patient treatment plans, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, and implementing policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance patient outcomes while supporting the overall goals of the facility.
Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, patient care, and treatment planning
• Proven leadership and management skills to guide and supervise a team of rehabilitation professionals and staff
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills for interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Ability to analyze data and implement policies to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance
• Education and certification in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees in healthcare management
• Work experience in healthcare and rehabilitation management is highly desirable
• Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and standards is an asset
