Job Description

MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate medical qualification in a relevant specialty is preferred.
Valid medical license/registration from the relevant healthcare authority.
Significant clinical experience with previous leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, patient safety, quality standards, and healthcare regulations.
Ability to lead and supervise medical teams and coordinate multidisciplinary healthcare services.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
