Job Description

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.

• Residency training in Family Medicine from an accredited program.

• Board certification in Family Medicine or equivalent.

• Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification and registration as a Family Medicine Registrar.

• Proven experience as a Family Medicine Registrar or similar role, preferably in a primary care setting.

• Experience in practicing population health management and value-based care approaches.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and telemedicine platforms.

• Strong clinical judgment and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with patients and colleagues.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in family medicine, population health management, and value-based care.
