* Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Responsibilities
* Provide professional nursing care to patients in a home-care setting.
* Monitor patients’ health and report changes to the healthcare team.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Assist patients with daily activities and personal care when required.
* Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
* Follow infection-control, safety, and home-care procedures.
* Communicate professionally with patients and their families.
* Provide compassionate, patient-centered care at all times.
Candidate Requirements
* Relevant nursing qualification/certification.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude.
