Reem Hospital, a leading healthcare institution in Abu Dhabi, is dedicated to providing exceptional medical services to our community. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Long-Term Ventilated Unit (LTVU) team.

Summary:

As a Registered Nurse in our Pediatric LTVU, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to pediatric patients requiring long-term ventilation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our young patients in a supportive and innovative healthcare environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the Long-Term Ventilated Unit.
• Monitor and manage the care of children requiring long-term ventilation support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Educate and support families in the care of ventilated pediatric patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pediatric ICU or Long-Term Ventilated Unit.
• Valid Department of Health, Abu Dhabi License.
• Demonstrated understanding of pediatric critical care and long-term ventilation.
• Compassion and empathy for pediatric patients and their families.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
