Reem Hospital is looking for compassionate, dedicated, and patient-focused Registered Nurses to join our growing team across multiple specialties. We currently have opportunities available in our

• Long-Term Care Unit (LTCU).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and international best practices.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, allied health professionals, and nursing colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter.
• Previous nursing experience in one of the following areas:
• Outpatient Department (OPD)
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation / Geriatric Care
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
