Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards.
- Assess patients’ health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor and document patients’ progress, vital signs, and clinical conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, rehabilitation goals, health management, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control, patient safety, and quality standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and hospital education programs.
- Promote dignity, safety, independence, and quality of life for patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
- Valid DOH license or eligibility for licensure.
- New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, quality care, and professional nursing practice.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
