Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients
Monitor, assess, and treat ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized patient care plans
Ensure adherence to best practices and hospital policies for patient safety
Requirements:
Valid Nursing License
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an ICU setting
BLS/ACLS certification preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
