Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure registration process is duly followed – in cases of deviation escalate to Nurse-In-Charge
 - Provides direct customer care utilizing the nursing process within the established company, policies and procedures, standards, protocols etc
 - Demonstrates knowledge and clinical assessment skills appropriate to the clinical area
 - Takes direct and appropriate action in urgent and emergency situations
 - Documents all assessments, interventions and other pertinent information in the customer’s health care record in a timely and ongoing manner.
 - Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills when interacting with customers/families, and other healthcare team members and staff of other departments.
 - Complies with company’s infection control and safety protocols, maintains a safe environment at all times
 - Addresses issues using a problem-solving framework. Initiates the nursing chain of command is unable to resolve issues satisfactorily.
 - Serves as a professional role model, demonstrates respect, compassion and cultural sensitivity to customers/families and other employees
 
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors of Nursing
 - 2 years post experience, post qualification
 - Holding of a DHA/MOH license
