The Registered Nurse – Emergency role offers UAE National talent the opportunity to develop expertise in a fast-paced emergency care environment. Working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams, you will provide safe, high-quality, and patient-centered nursing care, supporting the assessment, stabilization, treatment, and recovery of patients with urgent and emergency medical conditions while adhering to DOH regulations and organizational standards. This role provides valuable clinical experience, professional development, and a pathway to build a rewarding nursing career within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care, including assessment, triage, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
• Provide timely and safe interventions in accordance with evidence‑based emergency care guidelines and clinical pathways.
• Administer medications and manage emergency equipment efficiently to ensure patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, ensuring prompt escalation of critical cases.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation following organizational policies.
• Support patient and family education regarding treatment, discharge instructions, and preventive health measures.
• Contribute to a positive, safe environment by adhering to quality, safety, and infection‑control standards.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid medical license from Department of Health (DOH) as Registered Nurse or eligibility to get one.
• 2-3 years experience in an Emergency Department.
• Proven leadership and team lead experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS is an advantage.
• Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making skills under pressure.
