Permanent Part-Time Relief Competitive Rates + Salary Packaging + Super Merriwa, WA Relief roles offer flexibility and variety, providing the opportunity to work across different shifts and support our teams where needed, while still enjoying the stability of permanent part-time employment. Pending availability, this role can offer between 20–40 hours per fortnight with option to pick up additional shifts.
Help lead the team at our Karri & Tuart Lodge and Vivian Bullwinkel Lodge in Merriwa. As a Registered Nurse with RAAFA, you will lead a team of professionals in delivering the high-quality care for which we are known, aligned with our values of Respect, Care and Honesty for both our residents and colleagues.
In addition to supervising and directing resident care, you will also contribute to the overall management of the facility in the absence of the Facility Manager or Clinical Care Coordinator.

About The Role
- Coordinate resident care, including assessment, case management, and care planning
- Deliver complex clinical care (e.g. wound management, medication administration, assessments, referrals)
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ conditions
- Liaise with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams regarding care needs and goals
- Perform specialised clinical tasks within RN scope of practice
- Lead, supervise and mentor care staff and Enrolled Nurses
About You
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to aged care
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues
