The Paediatric Registered Nurse provides compassionate, family-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities

  • Adheres to M42’s policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to paediatric patients in accordance with clinical policies and evidence-based practices
  • Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations accurately
  • Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments safely and according to physician orders
  • Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and diagnostic tests
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding conditions, treatments, and discharge care
  • Respond effectively to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition
  • Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe, child-friendly care environment
  • Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and emotional well-beingP
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification nursing experience, including specialized services and clinical certification.
  • Current nursing license in country of origin and eligibility for DOH/DHA Medical License.
  • Proficiency in medical record systems and digital healthcare platforms.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
