Job Description

We are a newly opened Day Surgery Center in Dubai and are hiring Registered Nurses for the following departments. Please apply to the role that best matches your background:1) Operating Theatre (OT) RN — Scrub / Circulating

What you’ll do

• OT room setup, sterile field maintenance, scrub/circulating support
• Instrument/swab/needle counts, specimen handling, intra-op documentation
• Support surgical team workflow and patient safety protocols

Ideal background

• 3+ years OT experience (scrub and/or circulating)

2) PACU RN — Post-Anesthesia Care Unit

What you’ll do

• Receive patients from OT/anesthesia and monitor recovery
• Airway support, pain control, PONV management, recovery scoring (e.g., Aldrete)
• Discharge readiness checks and transfer handovers (SBAR)

Ideal background

• 3+ years PACU / Recovery / Anesthesia experience (ICU/ER is a plus)

3) ICU / HDU RN

What you’ll do

• High-acuity patient monitoring and post-op stabilization
• Manage lines/drains, IV therapy and infusions as per protocol
• Rapid recognition of deterioration and escalation of care

Ideal background

• 3+ years ICU/HDU experience in an acute care setting

General Requirements (All Roles)

• Valid UAE RN license (DHA/DOH/MOH) or eligibility
• Minimum 3 years experience in the applied department
• BLS required | ACLS preferred (PALS is a plus depending on role)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-safety mindset
• Shifts to be confirmed (shared during interviews)
