Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established medical guidelines and standards.
  • Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe clinical environment.
  • Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
  • Valid nursing license and eligibility to practice in the UAE (DHA/HAAD/MOH license preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting in General Surgery or Dental department.
  • Strong clinical and technical nursing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies is a plus.
