Al Zahra Pvt. Hospital Dubai renowned for excellence in patient-centered healthcare, is seeking an experienced and compassionate nursing leader with a passion for delivering exceptional surgical patient care.

We’re looking for a 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 – 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐝 to join our team and lead by example in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
➡️Lead and supervise the surgical ward nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care.
➡️Oversee comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care for a wide range of surgical specialties.
➡️Coordinate patient care, staffing, and daily ward operations while maintaining clinical excellence.
➡️Ensure compliance with JCI standards and actively support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
➡️Mentor and support nursing staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
➡️3+ Years of experience working in a senior nursing, charge nurse, or team leader role within a surgical ward in UAE.
➡️Strong experience managing pre and post operative care across diverse surgical cases.
➡️Hands-on experience with JCI accreditation standards, audits, and quality compliance.
➡️Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
➡️A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
