Registered – Assistant Nurse – for Home Health
Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai is for a Registered Assistant Nurse focused on Home Health services in the Northern Emirates. The role involves providing high-quality nursing and personal care to patients in their homes, including monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed treatments, and supporting daily living activities. The Assistant Nurse will assist with wound care, medication reminders, and coordination of care under the supervision of senior nursing and medical staff. Responsibilities include documenting patient status, reporting changes in condition, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care. The role also requires educating patients and families on home care practices, infection prevention, and health maintenance, while maintaining strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Nursing skills, including knowledge of clinical procedures and patient assessment.
- Candidates should possess foundational Medicine-related understanding to follow care plans and support medical treatments as directed.
- Candidates should possess Home Care experience, including the ability to deliver compassionate, person-centered care in residential settings.
- Candidates should possess Patient Care skills, such as monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring comfort and safety.
- Candidates should possess Wound Care skills, including dressing changes, infection prevention, and basic wound assessment.
- Valid nursing registration or license as per UAE regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in home health, community nursing, or similar care settings is preferred.
- Ability to travel within the Northern Emirates for home visits and work flexible schedules as needed.
- Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
