  • As we prepare for the launch of our Abu Dhabi clinic in October 2025, we are seeking a Receptionist & Clinical Operations Specialist – a professional who is equally confident welcoming patients at the front desk and managing day-to-day operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality.

Qualifications and experience

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Clinical Operations role in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting.
  • Strong ability to manage electronic medical records and patient booking systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, database systems, and digital tools for reporting.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare workflows.
  • Understanding of Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi standards and regulatory processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
  • Training in medical or clinical administration is an advantage.

Duties and responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Care

  • Welcome and guide patients, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient reception experience.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage cancellations, and optimize clinic schedules.
  • Answer patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, providing accurate information.

Administration & Records

  • Maintain and update patient medical records in compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Handle invoicing, billing, insurance coordination, and preparation of financial and tax reports.
  • Manage office communications and correspondence with external stakeholders.

Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee vendor management, facility maintenance, and supply procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with DoH regulations and maintain readiness for inspections.
  • Support doctors, coaches, and nurses with daily operational needs.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Team Collaboration

  • Act as the bridge between the front desk, clinical staff, and management.
  • Contribute to the development of operational processes and quality improvement.
