This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The individual will be responsible for assisting and resolving patient inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining an exceptional client experience. Duties include answering phone calls, managing appointments, addressing client concerns, providing information about services, and ensuring seamless communication with clinic staff to deliver a high standard of care and support to clients.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
Proven ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and effectively manage client needs
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, professional environment
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and appointment scheduling systems
Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
Previous experience in healthcare or aesthetic clinic settings is an advantage
