About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Specialist with a nursing background to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving excellence in patient care, compliance, and continuous improvement within our medical center.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and participate in internal audits, ensuring compliance with the Department of Health (DOH), JAWDAH, TASNEEF, and other local or international accreditation standards.
Monitor and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, and patient feedback to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and areas of risk.
Support the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance quality and patient safety.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement across all departments.
Prepare quality reports, audit summaries, and documentation for management and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferable)
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality improvement, or compliance within a healthcare setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and accreditation processes (DOH, JAWDAH, TASNEEF, JCI, etc.).
Proven experience in developing and maintaining QMS and conducting internal audits.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
