Job Description

Job Title: Quality Officer (Healthcare)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Quality Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital or large medical center and possess comprehensive knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all DOH regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements
Develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement programs and initiatives
Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and performance evaluations
Monitor clinical and non-clinical KPIs to ensure continuous quality improvement
Prepare and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation aligned with regulatory standards
Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities across departments
Investigate incidents, manage patient safety programs, and implement corrective actions
Facilitate staff training and awareness programs on quality and safety standards
Support accreditation processes and external audits
Analyze data and generate quality reports for management review

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospital or large healthcare facility
Strong knowledge of DOH standards and healthcare regulations
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in quality management systems and patient safety practices
