  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  Support the implementation and monitoring
  of the Quality Management System (QMS).
  Ensure compliance with DOH Abu Dhabi
  standards, guidelines, and regulatory
  requirements.
  Monitor quality indicators, KPls, incidents,
  and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  Assist in internal audits, risk assessments,
  inspections, and accreditation activities.
  Analyze quality and operational data
  and prepare reports, dashboards, and
  trend analyses.
  Support patient safety, clinical governance,
  and continuous quality improvement
  initiatives.
  Maintain quality-related policies, procedures,
  records, and documentation.
  Coordinate with different departments to
  ensure timely closure of identified quality
  gaps and action plans.
  Assist in staff awareness and training
  related to quality, patient safety, and
  regulatory compliance.

  QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management,
  Quality Management, Nursing, or a related
  healthcare field.
  Minimum 2-3 years of Quality experience
  in a healthcare facility.
  Strong working knowledge of DOH Abu Dhabi
  guidelines, standards, and regulatory
  requirements.
  Experience in healthcare quality, patient
  safety, audits, risk management, and
  KPI monitoring.
  Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  (formulas, PivotTables, charts, data
  analysis, and reporting).
  Excellent attention to detail, analytical
  thinking, communication, and organizational
  skills.
  Experience/ Knowledge with healthcare
  accreditation standards (JCI).
