Job Description
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jawda KPIs and performance monitoring
- In-depth understanding and implementation of Department of Health (DOH) Standards – Abu Dhabi
- Experience in regulatory compliance, audits, and accreditation processes (e.g., JCI)
- Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with patient safety goals, risk management, and incident reporting systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred with clinical Background.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with experience in Healthcare Audits and Data Validation
- Skills:
- An Understanding of continuous quality improvement planning
- Knowledge of Accreditation
- Demonstrates strong interaction and communication skills
- Strong command of English Language oral and written
Certifications: Certification in Healthcare Quality, or a related area is an advantage.
