– Drive and support Quality department activities, emphasizing data management, precise analysis, and evidence-based decision-making.
– Contribute significantly to the development of policies and scope of work across Al Tadawi Healthcare.
– Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day coordination for medical, clinical, and support service staff to implement effective monitoring systems.
– Facilitate meetings, forums, focus groups, and workshops, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Take a leadership role in the accreditation process by coordinating specific chapters or standards.
Responsibilities
– Has a deep understanding of the standards, measurable elements and intents of the JCI. Maintains continuous knowledge and understanding of JCIA functions and standards.
– Participating effectively in Implementing & Follow up of Q.I. Plan Activities.
– Developing Al Tadawi Healthcare Quality Improvement Plan.
– Serves as a resource to all departments, divisions and units, hospital and ambulatory, and to established committees in all areas relating to Quality Assurance.
Qualification
– Five years or more in healthcare Quality management positions with demonstrated administrative skills.
– Excellent command of oral and written English.
– Knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis, and data presentation.
– Knowledge of federal laws and regulations, and accreditation standards.
– Knowledge and proficiency in the use of investigation tools and techniques including root cause analysis.
– Experience with the organization’s identified Quality Improvement model/program.
– Problem solving skills with ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands
