Role Description The Quality Lead for Home Health Care is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Ain. This role is responsible for overseeing and improving quality standards across all home health services, ensuring compliance with Jawda, Tasneef, and international regulations and guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring clinical documentation and care processes, conducting audits and performance reviews, analyzing quality indicators and incident reports, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Lead collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and allied health professionals to develop and update policies, protocols, and training programs. The role also involves leading quality improvement projects, supporting accreditation activities, educating staff on best practices, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong background in healthcare quality management, including experience with audits, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of home health care standards, accreditation requirements (e.g., Jawda, Tasneef), and international best practices in patient safety and clinical governance.
- Clinical qualification such as a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or a related healthcare field; advanced certification in quality or healthcare management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and clinical pathways to support safe, effective, and person-centered care.
- Ability to analyze data and quality indicators, prepare clear reports, and use findings to drive evidence-based improvements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and provide constructive feedback and training.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple quality projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and respectful, non-discriminatory care in diverse community settings.
- Experience in home health care or community-based services in the UAE or GCC region is preferred; proficiency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are an asset.
