Strategic Responsibilities
• Oversee team operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Manage and delegate tasks effectively, monitoring progress
• Foster team collaboration and communication
• Develop and train team members
• Report on team achievements and challenges to higher management
Functional Responsibilities
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with approved specifications and GMP standards.
• Analyze laboratory test results to verify product quality and identify deviations from established parameters.
• Supervise daily quality control activities to ensure timely execution of testing and reporting requirements.
• Investigate out-of-specification results and coordinate corrective actions with production and quality assurance teams.
• Maintain laboratory equipment through regular calibration to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Review batch testing documentation to support material release decisions and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Record and maintain quality control data to ensure traceability and readiness for audits and inspections.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and resolving identified quality gaps.
Job Requirements:
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
Preferred
- Master’s Degree
- Professional Certificate in relevant field.
Language
Required
English – proficient.
Preferred
Arabic – proficient.
