We’re Hiring | Total Quality Management Manager – Dubai

Saudi German Health UAE is seeking an experienced Total Quality Management (TQM) Manager to join our team in Dubai.

This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for:
– Ensuring hospital-wide compliance with quality and patient safety standards
– Implementing and monitoring quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
– Leading clinical governance and accreditation readiness.
– Training and guiding teams to embed a strong quality culture across all departments.

🔹 Key Requirements
✔ Previous experience as a TQM / Quality Manager in a UAE hospital
✔ Strong background in healthcare quality, patient safety, and clinical governance
✔ Hands-on experience with JCI, CAP, and other accreditation standards
✔ Proven leadership and team management experience
✔ Degree in Health Management, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred)
