Revenue Cycle (RCM) Manager

Job Description

Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Manager for its brand-new Rehabilitation Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all RCM activities, ensuring efficient claim management, optimizing revenue collection, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire revenue cycle process within the hospital.
• Ensure proper claim management, including submission, tracking, and resolution of claims.
• Review and analyze the cost per claim to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Follow up on due payments to ensure timely revenue collection.
• Serve as the key point of contact between the hospital and insurance companies.
• Ensure insurance providers deliver the required services in compliance with agreements.
• Monitor and enhance RCM processes to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare financial reports and provide insights for revenue optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in RCM within a hospital setting.
• Certification: IFCE (Insurance Foundation Certificate Examination) is preferred.
• Knowledge & Skills:Strong understanding of revenue cycle management in healthcare.
• Expertise in claim processing, insurance billing, and payment reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with insurance providers.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial performance and cost efficiency.
• Ability to plan, strategize, and implement process improvements.
