Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced RCM Manager to lead and optimize the Revenue Cycle Management function at our Asir Branch

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management process including registration, coding, billing, claims submission, and collections

• Ensure accurate medical coding and billing practices in compliance with insurance and regulatory standards

• Monitor claim submissions, denials, and rejections and implement strategies to improve reimbursement rates

• Lead initiatives to improve cash flow, revenue capture, and billing efficiency

• Analyze RCM KPIs including AR days, denial rates, collection ratios, and claim turnaround times

• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and internal clinical departments to resolve billing issues

• Implement RCM process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency

• Prepare financial and operational reports for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within hospitals or healthcare groups

• Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims, coding, and reimbursement processes

• Experience working with insurance companies and TPAs

• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills

• Experience managing RCM teams and improving revenue performance
