Job Description
The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees all functions of the revenue cycle process for the clinic, from patient registration and insurance verification to coding, billing, collections, and payment posting. This role ensures optimal revenue generation, accurate billing practices, compliance with regulations, and efficient workflows to improve cash flow and reduce denials.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 4–6 years of revenue cycle or medical billing experience in a healthcare facility in the UAE, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Certifications: DHA license or eligibility preferred. CRCR, CPC, or equivalent revenue cycle certification is advantageous.
Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of UAE health insurance processes and payer systems
Familiarity with DHA coding and claim submission standards
Proficiency in billing software and practice management systems
