Purchase Officer | Retail Pharmacy Chain | Abu Dhabi
About the Role:
Drops Pharmacy is an established retail pharmacy chain in Abu Dhabi.
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Purchase Officer to handle the day-to-day operations of our procurement processes.
In this role, you will act as the operational bridge between our suppliers and our internal teams, ensuring a seamless flow of goods to our Central Store.
You will be responsible for executing purchase orders, managing vendor communications, and maintaining accurate records to support our ongoing expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
– Generate and process purchase orders based on replenishment requirements.
– Serve as the primary operational contact for vendors regarding order status and deliveries.
– Monitor shipment timelines to ensure timely arrival of stock to our facilities
– Maintain accurate records of all external transactions, invoices, and delivery documentation.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Purchasing or Procurement role within the UAE retail or pharmacy sector.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
– Applicant should be available in UAE.
