🚨 We’re Hiring | Procurement Assistant – Pharmacy Department
Dubai Medical University Hospital (DMUH) is seeking an experienced Procurement Assistant to join our Pharmacy Department, with specific expertise in pharmaceutical procurement and supply chain operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in the procurement of pharmaceuticals, medications, and pharmacy-related supplies, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience in pharmaceutical / pharmacy procurement
UAE hospital or healthcare experience is highly preferred
Knowledge of pharmaceutical suppliers, distributors, quotations, and purchasing processes
Experience with Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), quotations, and vendor coordination
Ability to coordinate effectively with the Pharmacy, Procurement, Finance, and Stores teams
Strong attention to detail, documentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Good knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes within a pharmacy environment
Ability to support timely procurement and maintain continuity of pharmaceutical supplies
Candidates with direct experience in hospital pharmacy procurement in the UAE will be given preference.
