Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy (individual and/or group sessions)
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
• Collaborate with medical and rehabilitation teams
• Participate in community awareness and educational initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology preferred)
• Valid SCFHS license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
