About the role

As we grow, we are looking for a DHA-certified Psychiatrist (Specialist) to join our multidisciplinary team and lead adult psychiatric services in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a well-equipped, patient-first environment where clinical excellence and thoughtful care are at the heart of everything we do.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for adult patients
  • Manage a caseload of adults presenting with a range of mental health conditions
  • Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications with evidence-based protocols
  • Collaborate closely with psychologists, therapists, and primary care physicians
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with DHA regulatory standards
  • Participate in case conferences and contribute to the clinic’s ongoing quality improvement
  • Provide consultation and guidance to clinical staff as needed

What we’re looking for

  • MD or equivalent degree with a completed specialty in Psychiatry
  • Active DHA license (Dubai Health Authority) — mandatory Required
  • Minimum 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in adult psychiatry
  • Strong diagnostic and pharmacological expertise
  • Experience with mood disorders, anxiety, psychosis, and trauma-related conditions in adults
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and colleagues
  • Commitment to ethical, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered care

Nice to have

  • Experience with telepsychiatry or hybrid care models
  • Sub-specialty training (e.g., addiction, geriatric, or consultation-liaison psychiatry)
  • Familiarity with CBT, DBT, or other integrated therapy approaches
