Product Specialist – Oman

About the Role
Johnson & Johnson, in collaboration with our trusted partner Taiba, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our team in Oman
This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world’s leading healthcare companies
The position supports the expansion of our presence across the Sultanate through our partner network

Key Responsibilities
Promote Johnson & Johnson’s product portfolio to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies across assigned territories in Oman
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and procurement decision-makers
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct product presentations, in-service training, and educational sessions for healthcare professionals
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and report insights to management
Ensure full compliance with Johnson & Johnson’s HCBI (Health Care Business Integrity) standards and all applicable local regulations
Collaborate closely with our partner Taiba commercial team on tenders, forecasting, and inventory management

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
2–4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Oman or the GCC region
Strong knowledge of the Omani healthcare system, including MOH, Royal Hospital, and private sector accounts
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
Valid Omani driving license
Omani nationals only
