Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and market share within assigned districts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budgets.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate Medical Representatives through regular performance reviews and field visits.
- Manage territory segmentation, resource allocation, and scheduling to maximize team productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor competitor activity, analyze market trends, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Oversee district budgets, including sales expenses and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Veterinary Medicine.
- Must be a resident in Mansoura, Dakahlya Egypt.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical sales management, with strong knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas.
