Role Description The CNS Product Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and promoting the company’s CNS product portfolio to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. The position involves educating clinicians on product benefits, indications, and usage, as well as providing up-to-date clinical and scientific information. The CNS Product Specialist will collaborate with sales, marketing, and medical teams to develop and implement product strategies, materials, and training. Daily activities include virtual customer visits, follow-ups, responding to product inquiries, collecting market insights, and contributing to the planning of digital events and educational initiatives. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation in CRM systems, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards, and participating in ongoing product and therapeutic area training.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of CNS therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical products, with the ability to interpret and communicate clinical data clearly.
- Experience in product promotion, customer education, or medical liaison activities, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in remote communication tools, CRM systems, and basic digital office applications for managing virtual interactions and documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to engage healthcare professionals and internal teams effectively.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to work independently in a remote, results-oriented environment.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, ethical promotion standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience in CNS or related therapeutic areas is an advantage; fluency in English and Arabic is beneficial.
