Role Description The Product Specialist – Medical Aesthetics is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain area in the United Arab Emirates. This position is responsible for presenting and explaining medical aesthetic products to healthcare professionals, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical support and training. The role involves visiting clinics and medical centers, building strong relationships with customers, and responding to product-related inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring product performance and feedback, preparing sales and product reports, and collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities. The Product Specialist also helps implement marketing initiatives, participates in events and workshops, and ensures that product information is accurate, compliant, and up to date.

Qualifications

• Strong product specialist capabilities, with experience in medical or aesthetic products and the ability to understand clinical applications in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Area.
• Analytical skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics, and to make recommendations based on insights.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical information clearly to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Customer service skills to provide responsive support, manage inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Sales skills to identify opportunities, support negotiations, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
• Background in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or a related scientific field is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site, travel within the UAE for client visits, and manage time and priorities independently.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools; fluency in English is required, and additional regional languages are an advantage.
