Role Description The Product Manager Dermatology is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing the dermatology product portfolio, including planning product launches, developing positioning, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. The Product Manager will conduct market and competitor analysis, define pricing and promotional strategies, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, regulatory, and medical teams to drive product performance. Daily tasks include monitoring sales data, preparing reports and forecasts, supporting field teams with product training and materials, and coordinating with manufacturing and supply chain to ensure product availability. The role also involves engaging with key dermatology stakeholders, gathering customer insights, and contributing to long-term portfolio development and lifecycle management.
Qualifications

  • Strong product management and brand strategy skills, including portfolio planning, lifecycle management, and market positioning.
  • Experience in market research and data analysis to interpret trends, assess competitors, and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Dermatology or pharmaceutical industry knowledge, with an understanding of clinical concepts, regulatory considerations, and customer needs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, regulatory, medical, and supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills to work with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and time management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, or a related life sciences field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in product management or marketing within pharmaceuticals or dermatology is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or analytics tools; strong written and spoken English skills.
